Pray and Fast #claimyourmountain
At the beginning of this year, you were challenged to #CLAIMYOUR- MOUNTAIN, so as we approach the latter half of this year we ask you to take an inventory of where you are at, concerning the mountains you need to claim. Which of your dreams still seem submerged under the waters and need to be exposed and claimed?
Join us on our 14 day fast from 21st September to 5th October as we fast and pray for ourselves and our Church and reclaim those mountains. You decide how you would like to fast, whether it will be a Total Fast, a Daniel’s Fast, 1 or more meals per day, or whether you would like to fast something you love, like watching TV or coffee, etc. It’s time to rise to the call that God has placed on your life!
Different Types of Fasts:
There are several types of fasting. The one you choose is between you and God. He will honour your best sacrifice.
Drink only liquids (you establish the number of days).
The Daniel Fast:
Eat no meat, no sweets and no bread. Drink water and juice. Eat fruits and vegetables.
This fast can be a Full Fast, Daniel Fast or give up at least one item of food.
A partial fast is from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm or from sunrise to sundown.
You can select from three types of fasting —a Full Fast, Daniel Fast or give up at least one item of food.
